Specialising in Employment Law, Change Management, Industrial Relations, and general Dispute Resolution, Mark also possesses broader experience as the HR Director of EDS New Zealand in their Senior Executive team. In that role, he was responsible for the HR component of major IT contracts, and conducted the change management activities including the transition of hundreds of staff.

Mark also facilitated the leadership development programme in New Zealand and other Asia Pacific countries and worked with business leaders to implement business growth strategies and cultural change programmes.
